A 24-Hour Readathon (Part Three)

It’s been so long since I finished my 24-hour readathon that I no longer have my time stamps for finishing my books, and I also forgot to write down the sixth book that I read.  🙂

Suffice it to say, I had a super fun time setting up this readathon for myself (even though it was three months ago . . . yikes!)  I finished a total of six books during my twenty-four hours and I started two others.  Since I can’t for the life of me remember the sixth book I’ve only got one more book to share with you today.

  1. How to Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell
A viking heir struggles to prove himself worthy of . . . well, anything.  He comes to own a dragon of his own though and so starts his misadventures in the viking land Berk.

I found the How to Train Your Dragon book series opener quite hilarious, although it’s geared more towards adolescent boys, between the ages of 10-14.  Keep an eye out for my review of the entire series in the near future!

In conclusion: I read everything fast.  Probably faster than I needed too, if I’m honest . . . but I greatly enjoyed this little experiment!  I will definitely be trying this again in the future.  Until then, I’m going to try desperately to make my goal of 52 books in a year in the next two weeks.  Which means I need to read a book a day!

Wish me luck, and go read a book! 🙂
