My First Comic Book
I’ve never liked the idea of comics. Visually they almost always give me a headache. Neither do I typically care for the methods of storytelling used in comics. However, even the greatest critic can come across something surprising and be the better for it. Cue Breaking Cat News!
Have you ever wondered what cats are thinking when they hop on the table for the fifth time in as many minutes? Have you ever been irritated by the lumps under the blankets when you attempt to make your bed in the morning? Have you ever been curious as to why cats are fascinated with empty cardboard boxes?
Look no further, because I have found all the answers to these and other questions that have been plaguing humans for centuries.

To Read or Not To Read
As if you even have to ask, but of course, my dear reader, seek out this enjoyable little comic! I hope you have as many full-bellied laughs when reading this book as I did. It was a precious little addition to my week last week, and I’m now an avid fan of the hilarious adventures of Lupin, Puck, and Elvis.
The illustrations in this comic were utterly adorable, I loved looking at the pictures. The pages were not overwhelming for me, as most comics usually are, which was a relief. The stories are clean (although there are a few misuses of God’s name that can easily be fixed when reading aloud to children) and the adventures are enjoyable.
There are three other books (and a fifth coming out in 2022!) that I will be reviewing in the near future, so keep an eye out.
Until then, my dear readers, have a lovely Friday, and go read a book! 🙂
